Complete body workout in just 45 mins with highly qualified PT and Psychologist specialising in outdoor training. All ages and abilities catered for - suitable for mature teens.

Access to online support for nutrition and weight management, psychology tips to keep you motivated and help maintain real changes, advice on topical physical and psychological health issues.



45 mins is the optimum duration for a work out. 45 mins with me will really count. Then you can get on with the rest of your day, feeling energised, enjoying a sense of achievement. I use a combination of resistance work, cardio, abs and psychological research to deliver the most effective workout. I will share my extensive knowledge of what exercise does for your body and most importantly why it matters to your overall lifelong physical and psychological health.



£20 pcm for 4 weekly sessions includes access to online nutrition and psychology support or PAYG £7 per session with 1 week's access to online support. Tickets available here with booking fee or cash on the day.
